  All goods will be dispatched via Royal Mail small packages 1st class, unless you state on your initial order that you require recorded.or a different delivery method.

uk postage £4 flat rate

international postage £7.50 flat rate can take out to 5 weeks depending on destination 

DUE TO NEW RULES REQUIRING A LEGAL REPRESENTATIVE WITHIN THE EU FOR PRODUCTS  WE WILL NO LONGER SHIP TO EU COUNTRIES 

Edit 28/6/22. Due to a new rule wich means we have to register to send orders to Germany and pay for any packaging to be recycled we have decided to no longer post to Germany , very sorry for the inconvenience.

edit: 30/12/2020, this update overrides any previous t&c  due to Britain leaving the EU, any packages sent to EU countries may be subject to that countries handling fee, vat, import duty. this is the sole responsibility of the purchaser/customer and NOT perfect six miniatures, please make sure you check you countries rules and fees before placing an order. perfect six miniatures will not refund you fees.this already applies to countries outside of the EU. we are not vat registered so the prices on the site show pre-tax no tax will be added at our checkout.

General
By placing an order from this site, you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions as listed below. These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time to reflect current legislation, and it is suggested to read them carefully.
Orders
The preferred and most efficient method of ordering is by email, however, orders received by post are acceptable, though delays in communication of information and delivery times will be considerably longer.
When ordering, please provide full name and shipping address, email address, telephone number, part code, description and quantity of each item required.
Once an order has been received, An invoice will be emailed to you with a paypal link for payment
Overseas Orders
Once confirmed, your order will be packed and postage will be confirmed with the Post Office before I submit an invoice for payment. Once payment has been cleared, your order will be shipped the next working day.
For orders from the USA, please ensure you have a PayPal account. US legislation has been considerably tightened since 9/11 and PayPal seems to be the only way you will be able to pay for your order. If you are not sure, contact PayPal US.
Payment
At the moment I can only accept payment through 'PayPal', though this is one of the safest methods of online person to person payment.
 

Cancellations
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel the order up to the expiry of seven working days after the day of receipt of the goods. Should you need to cancel the order during this period, you are requested to do this in writing by email to Perfecsixps@gmail.com 
Returns
It is normally policy not to accept any returns unless the goods are 'defective' or have been incorrectly shipped. In these cases, please notify me at perctsixps@gmail.com within seven working days of receipt of the goods, and I will arrange replacements, if returning for refund you are responsible for any postage costs, we do not refund postage on any orders unless i have prevously agreed to in writing.
VAT
I do not charge VAT on orders. The prices shown on the price list is the price you pay, plus the relevant postage cost, which will be calculated on the overall package weight at the prices ruling on that day..
Shipping
Shipping method is at my discretion, but under normal circumstances I ship by Royal Mail, First Class post.
I generate my shipping information from the information you provide, so please ensure you provide full and correct name and address details.
If a package is returned to me due to incorrect postal information being supplied, I reserve the right to charge for the additional shipping to have the order re-posted, and I cannot be held responsible for any lost package that was incorrectly addressed based on the information you provide. If the package is returned to me due an error on my part, I will gladly re-post at my own cost.
Providing items are in stock and payment has been cleared, I am normally able to ship your order within 5 working day.
Please note due to the occasional production delay, it may take an extra day or two to ship your order,  

Liability

All models are supplied unpainted and some may require assembly, they are models and not toys and may not be suitable for young children. Do not eat, chew, lick or otherwise consume these products. They are models and may be fragile, be careful when handling. They are made from metal wich contains lead. and or polyurethane resin.
These models can be delicate so handle with care and be responsible for your own actions!
the products have been produced to a high standard,but may sometimes require flash removal caused by the production process.also products will require debasing from there sprue,any damaged caused by removing products from the sprue is not deemed as our responsibility and is therefore non refundable.
For shipping, all items will be sent via royal mail in small jiffy bags each pack in seperate zip bags.
While I am happy to provide advice about my models, please note it is your responsibility to satisfy yourself that the item/s you are ordering is/are suitable for your needs.
Should you recieve defective item/s please email me with photos of the part/s, and if the part/s deem to be defective replacement items will be dispatched
The images on the site are of the actual products and great care has and will be taken to show the content of each package you receive.
